  • Thoughts.  Healthy thoughts create healthy bodies
  • Breathing.  Focusing your attention on deep healthy breathing reduces stress
  • Hydration.  For optimal health start by drinking 1 gallon of water daily
  • Nutrition.  Eat high quality food that is right for your biochemical individuality 
  • Sleep.  Getting 6-8 hours of sleep each night can improve health 
  • Exercise and movement.  Exercise regularly and include energy building exercises for vitality
